IT Fests Winner
Shine'10: National level IT Fest- Shine 2010 for PG students of computer science department was conducted by Sacred Heart College on September 03-04, 2010. PG students from BIIT participated in this Fest and won the overall championship.
Anvaya: PG students participated in Anvaya, the inter-collegiate IT Fest of Ethiraj College for Women, Chennai and came with rolling championship trophy for being overall winners. This event is significant because, for the first time BIIT students ventured into competing colleges in Chennai.
Space'10: UG level students (boys) took part in Space'10 IT Fest organized by Sacred Heart College, Tirupattur. Our students won first prize in Programming and were adjudged as runner-up in the Fest, by narrowly missing the overall championship.
Phantasm'10: BIIT students took up the technology challenges in the inter-collegiate IT Fest held by Bargur Engineering College and won prizes in quiz, web design and debugging.
Tech-2010: BIIT UG Girls proved their technology prowess in IT Fest of DKM College, Vellore and clinched runner-up in overall rating. This is the first time that Girls participated in a competitive event outside BIIT.
