Call for BOS.CON11
Dear Sir / Madam,
Bosco Institute of Information Technology (BIIT) is the Professional Education College offering technical education and professional training to the rural and underprivileged youth by making them employable in IT and IT – enabled service (IT-ES) industries. BIIT develops the target youth with sound values and skills for life and career. It bestows an environment for the spiritual, moral and social formation to enable them to grow as integrated persons to work for a just and a humane society.
The Students@IT Association with the motto of Up With Knowledge is an association for peer learning; it organizes seminars, workshops, debates and group discussions every week that helps students to learn the recent developments in IT Industries. This is fully organized by the students of BIIT. As a part of this programme, we conduct an Inter-collegiate IT Fest called ‘BOS.CON’ (Bosco Connect) annually to develop a network with neighboring colleges to empower the young minds in rural/urban area and promote open source technologies. This year we are hosting BOS.CON’11 the annual inter-collegiate IT Fest on September 23, 2011 on the theme, INNOVATIONS and IT.
We look forward to see your students perform in this IT Fest and gain experience in IT trends. We also solicit your kind patronage by allowing your students to participate in BOS.CON events. Please note that this IT Fest is for the Undergraduate Students of Computer Science / Information Technology / Computer Applications ONLY. For your kind reference, herewith we enclose an Event Catalogue detailing the competitions to be held in the IT Fest, along with a registration form. Please do let us know of your college’s participation by sending the filled-in registration form before September 10, 2011. We look eagerly for your affirmative response.
