Programme Design and Implementation
Every programme at BIIT is designed and developed by a nominated Programme Coordinator by the Director along with the faculty members of the related disciplines. The key activities in Program Design are: Planning, Inputs, Outputs, Review and Approval, Verification and Validation, Control and Development Changes. Every programme needs the approval of Academic Council for implementation.
Implementation of every course of a Programme includes Course Planning, Course Schedule, Attendance Record, Course Feedback from the Faculty/Students and Analysis.

Time Management
Students are prepared to manage time better by analyzing one’s own historical time data of academic activities of a semester, term and a week; to establish a budget for spending time and track one’s time against the budget. The activities under time management include Initiation, Time Budget, Time Record and Time Analysis.

Programming Skill Development
This process is to develop programming skills by monitoring and measuring every practical lab session of the students. Course Teacher and Programme Coordinator are responsible for its implementation. The procedures involved in programming skill development are: Lab Course Planning, Student’s Preparation for an Exercise, Attending Lab Session and Continuous Assessment.
